At Treen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
